Sales Operations Manager - Fashion/Retail

  • Oversee and optimize daily sales operations across retail locations to ensure seamless execution and achievement of sales targets.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies that align with company objectives and drive revenue growth in the men’s casual wear segment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including merchandising, marketing, and supply chain to ensure cohesive retail operations.
  • Analyze sales data, generate reports, and provide actionable insights to senior management for informed decision-making.
  • Monitor inventory levels, coordinate stock replenishment, and minimize stockouts or overstock situations.
  • Establish and maintain standard operating procedures for sales processes, ensuring compliance and operational efficiency.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance customer experience and operational productivity.
  • Manage budgets, forecast sales, and control operational costs to maximize profitability.
  • Ensure all retail operations adhere to company policies, brand standards, and regulatory requirements.

Minimum of 4 years of experience in sales operations management within the fashion/ retail industry.Maximum age 45 years oldProven track record of driving sales performance and achieving revenue targets in a retail environment.Excellent leadership and team management abilities, with experience supervising retail teams.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration across departments.Proficiency in retail management systems, POS software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
