About the Company
Knoz El Hekma is a leading retail and e-commerce company specializing in natural and herbal products, with a strong presence across major online platforms and physical branches in Egypt.
We are seeking a Senior Accountant to join our growing finance team and ensure the integrity, accuracy, and efficiency of all accounting operations.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and record daily sales transactions (cash and electronic) across all retail branches.
Review and reconcile POS reports, bank deposits, and system entries in Odoo ERP.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records for all sales and collections.
Conduct bank reconciliations and ensure proper revenue recognition.
Monitor accounts receivable, ensuring timely collection and reporting.
Assist in monthly closing activities, including journal entries and financial statements.
Prepare analytical reports on sales performance and branch profitability.
Collaborate closely with the sales and branch management teams to resolve discrepancies.
Support external and internal audits by providing required documentation and reports.
Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and Egyptian accounting standards.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
3–5 years of accounting experience, preferably within the retail or FMCG industry.
Hands-on experience with Odoo ERP (mandatory).
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, Data Analysis, Reporting).
Solid understanding of accounting principles, reconciliation, and financial reporting.
Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and time management.
Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
