Position Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Outsourcing Sales Manager to lead and grow our software outsourcing services. 

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B software/IT services sales, experience in building strategic client relationships, and a deep understanding of the outsourcing/offshoring landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

  • New Business Development: Identify, target, and acquire new clients seeking software developers, or support through outsourcing.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders to ensure long-term partnerships.
  • Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • Proposal & Contract Management: Lead the preparation of proposals, RFPs, and negotiations; manage pricing and contract terms. Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and long-term collaboration.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with delivery, legal, and marketing teams to ensure smooth sales-to-delivery transition and customer satisfaction.
  • Market Intelligence: Monitor market trends, competitive offerings, and customer needs to refine our value proposition and positioning.
  • Reporting & Forecasting: Maintain an accurate sales pipeline; provide regular sales forecasts, performance metrics, and management reports.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. MBA is a plus.
  • Minimum +3 years of experience in sales or business development in the software outsourcing or IT services industry.
  • Proven success in selling to mid-market and enterprise-level client.
  • Strong understanding, negotiate contracts and manage expectations of software development lifecycle (SDLC), Understand client hiring needs and provide tailored developer outsourcing solutions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with CRM tools like Zoho.
  • Network of existing industry contacts and decision-makers in target sectors.
  • Familiarity with modern technologies such as cloud computing, DevOps, AI/ML, and enterprise software platforms.
