Math Teacher For Upper Primary ( National Section)

  • Deliver engaging and comprehensive mathematics lessons to upper primary students in the National Section, ensuring alignment with the national curriculum standards.
  • Develop and implement lesson plans, instructional materials, and classroom activities that foster critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Assess and monitor student progress through regular assignments, quizzes, and examinations, providing constructive feedback to support individual learning needs.
  • Create a positive, inclusive, and disciplined classroom environment that encourages active participation and respect among students.
  • Utilize a variety of teaching methods and educational technologies to accommodate diverse learning styles and abilities.
  • Collaborate with colleagues, school administration, and parents to support student development and address academic or behavioral concerns.
  • Participate in school events, professional development workshops, and departmental meetings to stay updated with best teaching practices.
  • Prepare students for standardized tests and school assessments, ensuring they meet or exceed grade-level expectations.
  • Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and performance in accordance with school policies.
  • Contribute to the development and review of mathematics curriculum and teaching resources for the National Section.

Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Education, or a related field.3 to 5 years of proven experience teaching mathematics at the upper primary level, preferably within the National Section.Strong understanding of the national curriculum and assessment standards for primary education.Excellent classroom management and organizational skills.Ability to design and deliver engaging, student-centered lessons.Proficiency in using educational technology and digital tools to enhance learning.Effective communication and interpersonal skills for working with students, parents, and colleagues.Commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.Willingness to participate in extracurricular activities and school events.Fluency in English and/or Arabic, as required by the school’s language of instruction.
