Job Purpose:

• The Senior Advisor – Accounting Advisory Services is responsible for supervising and reviewing accounting advisory engagements, ensuring high-quality service delivery to clients in line with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and company policies. The Senior Advisor provides technical guidance to Advisors, reviews their work, supports client relationship management, and contributes to process improvement, quality assurance, and advisory insights.
   
• Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and oversee day-to-day accounting operations for assigned clients, ensuring transactions are recorded accurately and timely in accordance with IFRS and company procedures.
• Review accounting records prepared by Advisors including journal entries, bank reconciliations, accounts payable/receivable postings, month-end closing reports, management reporting.
•  Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports before submission to clients.
•  Ensure all deliverables meet internal quality standards, are completed on schedule, and are properly documented.
•  Handle client communications in a professional and timely manner, ensuring issues are resolved effectively.
•  Support in developing customized accounting solutions and recommendations for clients to improve their financial processes and controls
•  Support clients in preparing annual budgets, forecasts, and financial projections aligned with their strategic plans and operational targets.
• Perform any other tasks & additional responsibilities as assigned by the Direct Manager.
