- Now, we are opening a new Sales Qualification Department in Cairo and looking for energetic English-speaking Call Agents / Sales Development Representatives to join our growing global team.
Your Role
- You will be part of our Lead Qualification Team, contacting potential clients who have registered for our webinars and campaigns.
- Your goal is to:
- Call and engage with warm leads (no cold calling).
- Ask qualification questions using our scripts.
- Identify clients suitable for our visa programs (Vanuatu & Ireland).
- Book them for a consultation (diagnostic session) with our immigration experts.
- Update CRM and follow up via WhatsApp.
Responsibilities
- Make 80–100 calls per day to assigned leads.
- Follow qualification script (we provide full training).
- Record notes, status, and scoring in CRM (Bitrix24).
- Send WhatsApp confirmations and reminders.
- Achieve monthly KPI: 40 qualified leads (score 75+) and 50 attended meetings.
