- Oversee the daily operations and delivery of soft services including cleaning, waste management, landscaping, pest control, and support services across assigned facilities.
- Lead, motivate, and manage on-site soft services teams to ensure high performance, adherence to company standards, and continuous improvement.
- Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures to optimize service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations, as well as company and client-specific requirements.
- Manage budgets, control costs, and ensure efficient resource allocation for all soft services operations.
- Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and quality assurance checks to maintain service excellence and address any issues proactively.
- Liaise with clients to understand their needs, resolve concerns, and build strong, long-term relationships.
- Prepare and present operational reports, performance metrics, and improvement plans to senior management and clients.
- Coordinate with procurement and supply chain teams to ensure timely availability of materials, equipment, and consumables.
- Drive staff training, development, and succession planning to build a skilled and engaged workforce.
Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in managing soft services within facilities management or a related industry.Proven track record in leading and developing large, diverse teams in a fast-paced operational environment.Strong understanding of integrated facilities management principles, particularly in soft services delivery.Excellent organizational, planning, and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask.Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, control costs, and optimize resource utilization.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective client and team engagement.Experience in implementing and monitoring health, safety, and environmental standards.Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.Proficiency in using facilities management software and Microsoft Office applications.Ability to work on-site (office-based) and adapt to dynamic operational requirements.
