- Present, promote, and sell Končar’s products and solutions to meet customer needs and achieve sales targets.
- Conduct in-depth needs analysis and provide tailored recommendations to clients.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of agreement with clients while ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including technical and support staff, to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and reports.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to represent the company and build brand awareness.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline status, and client communications using CRM tools.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Electrical Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.3 to 6 years of proven experience in sales, account management, or business development, preferably in the electrical or industrial equipment sector.Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment.Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and client relationship management.Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.Ability to analyze client needs and provide effective solutions.Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.Willingness to travel for client meetings, site visits, and industry events as required.
