Customer Service Representative

Confidential - Egypt - Cairo

Receive client calls and inquiries via phone, email, or in person.

Provide accurate and up-to-date information about the services offered and visa application procedures.

Guide clients through the required documents and prerequisites for each type of visa or service.

Follow up on current applications and coordinate with the visa coordination team regarding the status of each request.

Record client data and transactions accurately in the electronic system.

Contribute to resolving customer issues or complaints politely and promptly.

Prepare periodic reports on communications, feedback, and client satisfaction levels.

Contribute to developing response templates and forms used in client communications.

Comply with data protection and confidentiality policies in accordance with GDPR standards.

Collaborate with other departments to ensure fast and integrated service delivery.

 


Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (Business Administration – Languages – Tourism – Public Relations).2–5 years of experience in customer service, preferably within travel agencies or visa application centers.Excellent command of English (spoken and written); knowledge of an additional language such as German is an advantage.Strong computer skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, and online application systems.Strong organizational skills and the ability to communicate effectively — verbally, in writing, and conceptually — with different client segments, external entities, and stakeholders.Personal and Behavioral Skills:Accuracy, attention to detail, and commitment to recording data, correspondence, and adhering to timeframes.Politeness and professional appearance when dealing with clients, with strong listening and interpersonal skills.Ability to work under pressure, manage time effectively, and function well within a team.Commitment to confidentiality and responsibility.Initiative, eagerness to learn, desire for development, self-motivation, and flexibility in interactions.Work Location:Company Office – Cairo
