Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Human Resources, or a related field.3-5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, with a focus on engineering roles.Strong understanding of engineering disciplines and technical skill sets.Proven ability to source and attract passive candidates using various tools and platforms.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Experience managing the end-to-end recruitment process.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Strong organizational and time management skills.Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment analytics.Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
