Role Purpose
- Develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns and dynamic, informative content that specifically aim to generate qualified inquiries from prospective students and their families. These initiatives will promote scheduled school tours to provide an immersive experience of the school environment, further encouraging application submissions.
Key Responsibilities
Campaigns and Lead Generation
- Run multi-channel campaigns (social, search, email, SMS/WhatsApp) to meet inquiry and enrollment targets.
- Build and manage landing pages and lead forms; track and optimize conversion rates.
- Coordinate open days, school tours, fairs, and community events; follow up with leads.
Digital and Social Media
- Manage content calendars for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Publish posts, stories, and short videos; engage with comments/messages; maintain brand tone.
- Monitor SEO basics; update website pages, blogs, and news with accurate, timely info.
Content and Design Coordination
- Draft bilingual copy (Arabic/English) for ads, posts, newsletters, and brochures.
- Coordinate photo/video shoots with vendors; ensure approvals and child-safeguarding consent.
- Maintain brand guidelines across digital and print materials.
Data, Reporting, and CRM
- Track KPIs: inquiries, tours, applications, enrollments, CPL, and CAC.
- Use CRM/marketing automation (e.g., HubSpot/Zoho/School CRM) to segment, nurture, and score leads.
- Produce weekly dashboards and insights; recommend A/B tests and optimizations.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Admissions to align messaging, SLAs, and follow-ups.
- Liaise with the Academic and Operations teams for timely content and event support.
- Manage agency and vendor tasks against agreed timelines and SLAs.
Working Conditions
- Full-time on campus; occasional evenings/weekends for events and admissions peaks.
- Reports to the Marketing Manager; works closely with Admissions and the School Manager.
Salary Range
- Base salary (gross): EGP 20,000–30,000 per month, depending on experience.
