Sales Specialist

Role Purpose

  • Deliver a high-touch, consultative admissions experience for prospective families to convert qualified inquiries into school tour bookings, applications, and enrollments.

 

Key Responsibilities 

 

Lead Management and Conversion

  • Respond to inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and website forms within SLA.
  • Qualify leads, understand family needs, and match them to school offerings and curricula.
  • Book and conduct campus tours and virtual tours; deliver persuasive presentations.
  • Guide families through applications, assessments, and document submission.
  • Maintain timely follow-ups and nurture sequences until enrollment decision.

 

Proactive Follow-up and Closing

  • Systematically follow up with prospects across channels (calls, WhatsApp, email) with a clear cadence.
  • Address concerns, compare offerings, and articulate value to persuade hesitant families.
  • Present tailored offers (e.g., scholarship windows, fee plans, assessment slots) within policy to accelerate decisions.
  • Convert verbal intent to action: secure application submissions, schedule assessments, and obtain registration fees/contracts.
  • Track and reduce drop-off between inquiry, tour, offer, and paid registration.

 

Pipeline and Reporting

  • Manage opportunities in the CRM; keep accurate records of interactions, stage, and next steps.
  • Track funnel metrics: inquiries, tours, applications, offers, acceptances, enrollments, yield.
  • Prepare weekly reports and forecasts; flag risks and opportunities.

 

Collaboration and Events

  • Coordinate with Marketing on campaign messaging and lead quality feedback.
  • Support open days, school fairs, and community events; handle on-site registrations.
  • Liaise with Academics and Operations to schedule assessments, trial days, and orientation.

 

Parent Experience and Compliance

  • Provide clear information on curricula, fees, schedules, and policies.
  • Handle objections professionally and resolve issues; escalate when needed.
  • Ensure adherence to safeguarding protocols and data privacy/consent requirements.

 

Working Conditions

  • Full-time on campus; some evenings/weekends for open days and events.
  • Reports to the marketing manager and works closely with the academic and operations teams.

 

Salary Range 

  • Base salary (gross): EGP 18,000–32,000 per month, depending on experience.
  • Commission/Bonus: EGP 2,000–8,000+ per month based on enrollments and target attainment.
