:Key Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day operations of the hotel’s maintenance and engineering department
Lead and supervise the maintenance team, ensuring tasks are completed on time and up to standards
Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for guest rooms, public areas, and equipment
Coordinate with external contractors and vendors when required
Monitor and control departmental budgets, energy usage, and operating costs
Ensure all safety, fire, and health regulations are followed and documented
Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests and breakdowns
Conduct regular inspections of the property to identify and resolve maintenance issues
Maintain accurate maintenance records, reports, and inventory of spare parts
:Requirements
Proven experience as a Maintenance/Engineering ٍSupervisor / Manager, preferably in hospitality or facilities management
Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, HVAC, and plumbing systems
Excellent leadership and team management skills
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Ability to manage budgets and resources effectively
Knowledge of workplace safety regulations
Technical certifications or degree in engineering/maintenance field preferred
Flexibility to work in shifts, weekends, or emergencies when required
