Key Responsibilities
.Supervise and support the Front Office team in daily operations
.Oversee check-in, check-out, and room assignment processes to ensure efficiency
.Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests professionally
.Train, coach, and motivate front desk agents to deliver excellent service
.Monitor room availability and coordinate with Housekeeping to maximize occupancy
.Ensure accurate billing, cash handling, and adherence to hotel policies
·Maintain a professional appearance of the lobby and reception area
.Prepare daily reports and assist the Front Office Manager in administrative tasks
.Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security procedures
Requirements
Previous experience as a Front Desk Supervisor in hospitality
Strong leadership and communication skills
Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills
Knowledge of PMS systems preferred
Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
