- Promote and sell FLYMED’s medical products to healthcare professionals within the assigned territory.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with physicians, pharmacists, and other healthcare stakeholders.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions for medical staff.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance objectives as set by management.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and report relevant insights to the sales and marketing teams.
- Organize and participate in medical conferences, workshops, and promotional events.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, ethical standards, and company policies.
- Provide timely and accurate reports on sales activities, customer feedback, and market developments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product launches and marketing campaigns.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of FLYMED’s product portfolio and the latest advancements in the medical field.
Minimum of 2 years and up to 5 years of experience in medical sales or a related field.Proven track record of achieving sales targets in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and manage a flexible, home-based schedule.Strong organizational and time-management abilities.Demonstrated ability to build and maintain professional relationships with healthcare providers.Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as required.Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.Commitment to upholding ethical standards and compliance requirements.
