- Ensure all executions align with approved drawings, BOQ, and established finishing standards.
- Coordinate with subcontractors to maintain high-quality workmanship.
- Conduct quality checks and snagging to uphold top-tier standards.
- Monitor material usage and ensure timely supply with minimal waste.
- Address on-site technical issues and deviations in coordination with the direct manager.
- Prepare and submit daily and weekly progress reports.
- Enforce health, safety, and cleanliness protocols on-site.
- Actively participate in site meetings with management and the CEO
