Marketing Manager

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to support STM’s multi-industry projects and brand positioning.
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire the marketing team to achieve ambitious goals and foster a culture of creativity and accountability.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and threats within the urban development sector.
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, and event channels.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and project management, to ensure alignment of marketing initiatives with business objectives.
  • Manage the marketing budget, allocate resources effectively, and track ROI to maximize impact and efficiency.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, agencies, and media outlets to enhance STM’s visibility and reputation.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators, providing actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Champion STM’s brand voice and ensure consistency across all communications and touchpoints.
  • Drive the adoption of innovative marketing technologies and best practices to keep STM at the forefront of industry trends.

Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in marketing, with a proven track record in managing teams and large-scale campaigns.Demonstrated expertise in developing and executing marketing strategies for complex, multi-industry organizations.Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team.Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.Experience managing budgets and optimizing marketing spend for maximum ROI.Proficiency in digital marketing platforms, analytics tools, and CRM systems.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, office-based environment.Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.Advanced project management skills and attention to detail.
