We are seeking a highly motivated Finishes Engineer with experience in fit-out, architectural works, and finishes for commercial and office buildings. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing site execution, ensuring quality standards, and coordinating with subcontractors and consultants to deliver projects on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:Supervise and inspect finishing and architectural works (partitions, ceilings, flooring, painting, etc.) at project sites.Review and implement shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements.Ensure work is executed in accordance with project specifications, timelines, and safety standards.Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, and project managers to resolve technical and execution issues.Monitor progress and prepare regular site reports and quality documentation.Conduct quantity surveying, As-built and current & final Invoicing.Ensure high standards of quality and workmanship at all project stages.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.3–5 years of proven experience in finishes and architectural work for office or commercial fit-outs.Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Office.Strong knowledge of materials and construction methods.Very good command of English (spoken and written).Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
