HR Specialist

SH Chemical - Egypt - Cairo
  • Administer and coordinate day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee records management.
  • Support the full recruitment cycle by sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various roles within the organization.
  • Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures in compliance with local labor laws and company standards.
  • Facilitate employee orientation and training programs to ensure smooth integration and ongoing development.
  • Manage employee relations, addressing inquiries, grievances, and disciplinary actions professionally and confidentially.
  • Maintain accurate HR documentation, including personnel files, attendance records, and leave management.
  • Coordinate payroll processing and benefits administration in collaboration with the finance department.
  • Support performance management processes, including appraisals, feedback, and development plans.
  • Contribute to HR projects such as employee engagement initiatives, wellness programs, and organizational development.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations relevant to HR practices.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.2-4 years of proven experience in an HR specialist or generalist role.Solid understanding of HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance requirements.Experience with recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management.Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.Proficiency in MS Office Suite and HR information systems.Demonstrated ability to work effectively in an on-site, fast-paced manufacturing environment.Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to challenges.
