As our new Junior HR Generalist, you'll be a key part of our HR department, assisting with a wide range of tasks to ensure our operations run smoothly. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting in Personnel, Compensation & Benefits, Onboarding, and Employee relations.
  • Maintaining accurate employee records and managing HR documentation.
  • Supporting performance management and training initiatives.
  • Handling various administrative tasks to support the HR team.

1-2 years of experience in a human resources role.Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is essential.A highly organized and detail-oriented approach to your work.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.A proactive mindset and a willingness to learn.
