- Prepare, examine, and analyze accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards.
- Maintain general ledger accounts and ensure timely reconciliation of all financial data.
- Process accounts payable and receivable, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Support budgeting and forecasting activities by providing accurate financial data and analysis.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings.
- Collaborate with internal and external auditors during financial and operational audits.
- Monitor and manage cash flow, banking transactions, and reconciliations.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies in accounting records and transactions.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of accounting processes and internal controls.
Minimum of 3 to 12 years of proven experience in accounting or a related financial role.Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Strong organizational and time-management abilities.Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.Demonstrated integrity and ability to handle confidential information.Experience working in a multicultural or diverse team environment is an advantage.Willingness to work onsite and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams.
