Key Account Manager

  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, addressing client needs and resolving issues promptly.
  • Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts to drive revenue growth and expand service offerings.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client objectives and expectations.
  • Prepare and present regular account reviews, performance reports, and strategic recommendations to clients.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements to maximize value for both the client and the company.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential risks and opportunities.
  • Coordinate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Manage account budgets, forecasts, and profitability targets.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and client requirements.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.2-5 years of experience in account management, sales, or client relationship roles in Banking or Fin-techProven track record of managing key accounts and achieving sales targets.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.Exceptional organizational and time management skills.Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and presentations.
