Retail Marketing Supervisor

. Campaign Development & Execution:
Develop and execute local and national retail marketing campaigns, promotions, and events to drive foot traffic and in-store conversions.
. Team Supervision:
Lead and manage a team of retail marketing associates or coordinators; assign tasks, set deadlines, and monitor performance.
. Brand Management:
Ensure all in-store marketing materials align with brand guidelines, including signage, displays, and promotional collateral.
. Market Research & Analysis:
Analyze customer trends, competitor activity, and regional performance data to inform strategy and improve ROI.
. Collaboration:
Coordinate with store managers, merchandising teams, and external vendors to implement marketing strategies effectively.
. Digital Integration:
Support channel marketing efforts by integrating digital tools like email marketing, social media, and geo-targeted ads with retail efforts.
. Budget Management:
Monitor and manage the retail marketing budget; ensure cost-effective execution of campaigns.
. Reporting:
Prepare regular reports on marketing performance metrics, including foot traffic, sales impact, and customer engagement.


Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.3–5 years of experience in retail marketing, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role.Strong understanding of retail environments, consumer behavior, and promotional tactics.Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.Proficiency with marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Google Analytics, CRM systems).Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
