- Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Ensure financial reports comply with accounting standards and regulations.
- Develop, manage, and monitor the organization’s budget.
- Conduct financial forecasting and analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Lead and manage the accounting team, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation.
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable functions, ensuring timely invoice processing and payments.
- Coordinate and support external audits, providing required documentation and explanations.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive cost accounting policies and procedures.
- Provide management-level support for budgeting and forecasting, including variance and cost trend analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate monthly and quarterly reporting of inventory, cost of goods sold, and other financial data.
- Assist in preparing business plans, financial models, and analyses for new initiatives.
- Work closely with the Hospitality department on inventory management.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA or CMA is a plus).Proven experience as an Accounting Manager, with strong knowledge of cost control and financial analysis.Solid understanding of accounting principles, financial regulations, and reporting standards.Strong leadership skills with experience managing accounting teams.Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines.
