We are looking for a qualified and proactive Health and Safety Specialist to oversee the implementation of safety standards and ensure compliance with local and international regulations across our project sites. The successful candidate will play a vital role in promoting a safe working environment and reducing risks through inspection, training, and enforcement of safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities:Develop, implement, and monitor Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) policies and procedures on site.Conduct regular safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments to identify hazards and unsafe practices.Ensure compliance with local labor laws, safety codes, and industry regulations.Investigate incidents, accidents, and near-misses; prepare detailed reports and recommend corrective actions.Deliver safety training sessions and toolbox talks to site personnel and subcontractors.Maintain and manage safety documentation, reports, and permits.Coordinate with project managers, consultants, and government bodies regarding safety compliance.Promote a strong safety culture across the organization through awareness and continuous improvement.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree.3–5 years of experience in construction or facility management safety roles.Professional certification, such as NEBOSH IGC, OSHA, or equivalent, is highly preferred.Strong knowledge of Egyptian labor and safety laws and international HSE standards.Excellent communication and reporting skills in English.Strong attention to detail and ability to work across multiple project sites.
