- Receive, inspect, and record incoming shipments of goods, verifying accuracy against purchase orders and delivery documents.
- Organize, label, and store products in designated warehouse locations to ensure efficient retrieval and inventory management.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems, conducting regular stock counts and reconciliations.
- Prepare and process outgoing orders, ensuring correct items, quantities, and packaging standards are met for distribution.
- Monitor warehouse supplies and equipment, reporting shortages or maintenance needs to management promptly.
- Implement and uphold safety and cleanliness standards throughout the warehouse to ensure a secure working environment.
- Coordinate with logistics, shipping, and receiving teams to optimize workflow and minimize delays.
- Assist in the loading and unloading of goods, utilizing appropriate equipment such as forklifts or pallet jacks as needed.
- Identify and report damaged or expired products, ensuring proper disposal or return procedures are followed.
- Support inventory audits and participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse efficiency.
Minimum of 3 years and maximum of 5 years of experience in warehouse operations or inventory management.Proven ability to handle physical tasks such as lifting, moving, and organizing goods in a warehouse setting.Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping and inventory tracking.Familiarity with warehouse management systems and basic computer applications.Excellent organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Good communication skills for coordinating with colleagues and other departments.Commitment to maintaining safety and cleanliness standards at all times.Flexibility to work full-time, under a long-term, on-site arrangement.Willingness to participate in ongoing training and development as required.
