PACER Consultants is interested in hiring an experienced and enthusiastic Planner & Cost Controller for an exciting and prestigious project in New Cairo.

i.          Prepare the Project Master schedule showing detailed project activities.ii.          Prepare an estimate cost analysis and a preliminary cash flow diagram subject to owner approval.iii.         Make necessary modification in schedule and cash flow according to financial availability.iv.         Prepare periodical reports on the status, activities and progress of the project showing the value of work executed, work remaining, schedule and cost variance.v.          Review and approve procurement schedules of material, labor, and equipment prepared by the contractors or any party involved in the project to be used in conjunction with construction schedule.vi.         Monitor productivity of labor and plant to ensure completion of work according to schedule. Monitor material deliveries and consumption, identify shortages and take necessary actions, if needed.vii.        Establish and implement a schedule control program which will include monitoring of work progress against the original project schedule.viii.       Direct and close follow-up of the critical activities to assure availability of required resources and solve problems that might affect the schedule.ix.         Establish and implement a cost control program at the start of the work with the objective of maintaining constant surveillance of project costs.x.         Compare actual progress payments against the estimated cash flow schedule. Analyze any deviation and note any delay or increase in cost.xi.         Study and analyze change orders and claims, showing their effect on overall schedule and budget.
