- Advise clients on property investment opportunities, market trends, and legal requirements.
- Conduct property viewings and provide detailed information on available listings.
- Negotiate property sales and lease agreements on behalf of clients.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, property owners, and developers.
- Prepare and present property proposals and market analysis reports.
- Coordinate with legal, financial, and administrative teams to ensure smooth transaction processes.
- Stay updated on local real estate market conditions and emerging opportunities.
- Assist clients with property valuation and comparative market analysis.
- Manage client inquiries and provide timely, professional responses.
- Participate in networking events and marketing initiatives to expand the client base.
1-4 years of experience in property consultancy, real estate sales, or a related field.Proven track record of achieving sales targets and closing property deals.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Strong organizational and time management abilities.Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.Familiarity with local property laws, regulations, and market trends.Proficiency in using property management and CRM software.High level of professionalism and customer service orientation.Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
