Job Purpose:

The Sales Account Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth in the banking sector by selling cybersecurity products and solutions. This role focuses on managing key accounts, developing new business opportunities, and building long-term client relationships.

Job Accountabilities:

Achieve assigned quarterly and annual sales targets.

Manage and maintain the sales pipeline, focusing on key accounts and vertical markets for growth.

Maintain and expand long-term relationships with existing clients through direct sales and channel partnerships.

Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, prospecting, and follow-up calls.

Deliver impactful sales presentations to executives on strategic topics, highlighting new product offerings.

Drive revenue growth from accounts through campaigns, promotions, and joint projects.

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by managing campaigns and monitoring performance.

Partner with the marketing team during events, promoting products and special offers to attract new customers.

Collaborate with the technical product management team to resolve escalated issues and support customer needs.

Coordinate with the technical team to arrange demos and installations for customers.

Follow up with the finance team to ensure timely invoice collection.

Complete all sales-related administrative tasks accurately and on time.

Handle and fulfill channel sales requests effectively and on time.

 

 

 


Job Requirements:Minimum 3 years of proven experience in selling cybersecurity products (mandatory).Excellent understanding of the banking sector and key industry players.Strong networking, negotiation, and presentation skills.Ability to manage multiple accounts and build long-term client relationships.Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively with technical, finance, and marketing teams.Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field is preferred.
