Job Title: Software Tester & Technical Support

Role Summary:
You will be the quality gate for our digital products and the first line of technical support for our team. You’ll test every feature our dev team ships (functionality + usability), ensure websites and integrations run smoothly, and handle core IT tasks like email setup for new hires.
Key Responsibilities:
1- QA & Product Quality
- Own end-to-end testing: functional, regression, usability, cross-browser/device, smoke before release.
- Create & maintain test plans, test cases, acceptance criteria; update each release.
- Log, prioritize, verify fixes in Jira/Linear/GitHub.
- Run UAT with stakeholders; give go/no-go recommendations.
- Do basic API testing (Postman/Insomnia), data validation (SQL/CSV), accessibility & performance spot checks (Lighthouse, Core Web Vitals).
KPIs: Low defect escape rate; strong release quality (low rollbacks/hotfixes).
2- Technical Support & IT Ops
- Provision and manage email accounts, groups, and aliases for new/existing users in Google Workspace / Microsoft 365.
- Handle accounts, access, VPN, tools, SSO; triage to engineering when needed.
- Write and maintain how-to docs and quick guides.
KPIs: Faster MTTR for support tickets; smooth onboarding/offboarding.
3- Website Health & Maintenance
- Keep sites secure & current: plugin/theme updates, CMS upkeep (WordPress), database backups, uptime/security monitoring, patching.
- Work with hosting/CDN (cPanel, Plesk, AWS, Cloudflare) on SSL, DNS, caching, performance.
- Track & improve Core Web Vitals (LCP/INP/CLS) and page speed.
KPIs: Target uptime; improved CWV and page speed.
4- Analytics & Integrations
- Set up/validate GA4, Google Tag Manager, Search Console, and event tracking (purchase/lead goals).
- Maintain Google Business Profile (GMB): info accuracy, categories, updates.
- Support marketing pixels/tags (Meta/others) with clean data-layer events.
KPIs: Accurate tracking (events/goals firing); reliable data for growth teams.
Work Conditions:
- Full-time, remote; core hours aligned to Africa/Cairo Time Zone.
- Occasional after-hours support for releases/incidents (rotational).
