Role Overview


 

The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale water feature, swimming pool, and lagoon projects. This role requires strong technical expertise, leadership, and coordination skills to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The Project Manager will serve as the main link between clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.


 

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the full project lifecycle from concept design to commissioning and handover.

• Coordinate with design, technical office, and procurement teams to ensure all project requirements are met.

• Manage site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to deliver works efficiently and safely.

• Prepare and monitor project schedules, budgets, and progress reports.

• Ensure compliance with engineering standards, safety regulations, and quality assurance protocols.

• Oversee installation of MEP systems, waterproofing, civil works, and finishes related to pools, lagoons, and water features.

• Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.

• Maintain strong communication with clients and consultants, providing regular updates and addressing technical or commercial concerns.

• Drive value engineering, sustainability, and cost-efficiency throughout project execution.


 

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering

• 5+ years of experience in construction project management, with a focus on water features, swimming pools, and/or lagoons.

• Proven track record of delivering high-value projects with leading developers or contractors.

• Strong knowledge of MEP systems, waterproofing, filtration, pumping, and water treatment technologies.

• Familiarity with project management softwares

• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
