We are looking for a highly skilled and analytical Media Buyer to plan, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads, and is able to drive measurable ROI through data-driven decisions. This role requires a balance of creativity, strategy, and technical expertise to maximize campaign performance.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Planning & Strategy
- Develop media buying strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Identify target audiences and select the best media platforms to reach them.
- Manage media budgets effectively to maximize ROI.
Campaign Execution & Optimization
- Launch and manage campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google (Search, Display, YouTube), and LinkedIn.
- Monitor campaign performance, adjust bids, targeting, and creatives to meet KPIs.
- Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and placements.
Analytics & Reporting
- Track, measure, and report performance metrics (CPC, CPA, ROAS, CTR, conversions).
- Generate insights and provide recommendations for future campaigns.
- Prepare regular reports for management with actionable analysis.
Collaboration & Creative Support
- Work closely with the marketing and creative team to develop ad creatives.
- Ensure brand consistency across all campaigns and platforms.
- Stay updated with platform trends, policies, and algorithm changes.
2–5 years of proven experience as a Media Buyer / Performance Marketer.Strong knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads (TikTok Ads is a plus).Proficiency in Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and tracking tools (UTM, Pixel setup).Proven experience in App Install / App Engagement campaigns (Google UAC, Meta App Ads, or similar).Solid understanding of digital funnels, audience segmentation, and retargeting strategies.Strong analytical and numerical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data.Excellent communication skills; fluent in English (spoken & written).Ability to manage budgets, meet deadlines, and work independently.
