Civil Technical office Engineer :-
- Prepare Shop and as-built drawings and to be approved by the consultant .
- Prepare periodically invoices including subcontractors’ invoices .
- Quantity surveying .
- Control all documents related to the work and to be approved by the consultant .
- Monitor time schedule .
Planning Engineer :-
- Deciding on the most appropriate engineering techniques and sequences of activities for each project stage.
- Drawing plans; using specialized design software packages.
- Ensuring plans meet the client’s specifications.
- Making estimations for timescales and costs.
- Supervising the project at all stages and providing solutions to problems.
- Collaborating with site managers, surveyors, engineers, site worker and other professionals.
- Organizing the transportation of materials.
- Ensuring procedures are carried out safely.
Steel Detailer :-
- Creating drawings of building plans and structures using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Reviewing blueprints and drawings to ensure they are accurate and complete
- Performing calculations to determine the amount of materials needed for a job
- Ensuring that all safety procedures are followed during construction to prevent injury or damage to property
- Communicating with contractors, architects, engineers, or other members of the construction team to discuss project details
- Coordinating with other team members to schedule deliveries of materials and coordinate construction activities
- Maintaining records of costs, labor hours, and other data related to projects
- Installing steel members such as joists, beams, columns, girders, and stairs using welding equipment
- Determining the type of structural steel needed for a project based on design plans and building codes
Civil Technical office Engineer :-Bachelor's degree in Engineering ( Civil Department )4+ years of relative experience.Good command of English Language.Revit is preferred Professional AutoCAD usage and shop drawings.Planning Engineer :-Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering.4-7 years of experience in construction companiesAnalyzing Data or Information Steel Detailer :-High level of knowledge of industry standard detailing practices.Successful completion of steel detailing training from a recognized college or technical school preferred structural detailing certificate.At least 4 year experience in a detailing role and progressive responsibility for planning execution and monitoring of major steel detailing projects.Experience supervising coaching and mentoring staff.Proficiency in TEKLA Structures software.
