• Handle daily sea & air freight operations
• Coordinate with carriers, agents, and clients
• Manage documentation and shipment follow-up
• Ensure timely and efficient delivery of cargo
• 1–3 years of experience in freight forwarding/logistics operations• Strong communication and organizational skills• Ability to multitask and work under pressure• Proficiency in English and MS Office
