- Oversee and coordinate all architectural activities on-site to ensure compliance with design specifications and project requirements.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Review and interpret architectural drawings, plans, and specifications, ensuring accurate implementation during construction.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and adherence to safety standards.
- Resolve technical issues and provide solutions to on-site challenges in real-time.
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive site reports, documentation, and progress updates.
- Ensure all work aligns with local building codes, regulations, and Dubai Misr’s quality standards.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and stakeholders to address concerns and incorporate feedback
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery and quality of materials.
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Architectural Engineering, or a related field.6-9 years of proven experience in architectural site engineering within large-scale real estate or construction projects.Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes.Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with diverse teams.Proficiency in architectural design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and related tools.Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Ability to interpret and implement complex architectural drawings and specifications.Experience in preparing site reports and maintaining project documentation.
