Real Estate Sales Team Leader

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of real estate sales professionals to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with company objectives.
  • Monitor team performance, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance evaluations.
  • Coordinate with marketing and project teams to ensure alignment on property launches and promotional activities.
  • Oversee client relationship management, ensuring a high standard of customer service and satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular training sessions to enhance team skills and product knowledge.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
  • Resolve escalated client issues and negotiate contracts as needed.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.3-7 years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or team leader role.Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.Ability to analyze market data and develop actionable strategies.Experience in coaching and developing sales teams.Solid understanding of real estate market dynamics in Cairo.Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.Willingness to work on-site and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
