Job Summary

Next Chapter is seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused Senior Account Manager to act as the key liaison between clients and internal teams. The role involves ensuring clear communication, aligning expectations, coordinating project deliverables according to timelines, and delivering impactful results. The Account Manager will oversee project workflows, ensure deadlines are met, and report on the success of campaigns, all while fostering long-term relationships with clients.

 

 

Key Responsibilities

Client Communication & Relationship Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear and consistent communication.
  • Understand client needs, business goals, and expectations, and translate them into actionable tasks for the internal team.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to foster trust and long-term collaboration.
  • Address client concerns promptly and escalate issues to senior management as needed.

Project Coordination & Execution

  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, creative, performance, and production) to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Create and manage project timelines, ensuring all activities are delivered on schedule.
  • Monitor project progress, resolving bottlenecks, and keeping clients updated on status and milestones.
  • Align internal team efforts with the client’s goals, ensuring strategies are implemented effectively.

Quality Assurance & Reporting

  • Review and ensure the quality of deliverables before presenting them to clients.
  • Prepare and present reports on campaign performance, project progress, and key results.
  • Analyze data and results, offering insights and recommendations to improve future performance.

Process Improvement

  • Evaluate existing processes and recommend ways to improve communication and project execution.
  • Actively contribute to the agency’s overall success by sharing insights from client feedback and campaign results.

Qualifications and SkillsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.4+ years of experience in account management, project management, or client services, preferably in a marketing or advertising agency.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and a talent for building client relationships.Detail-oriented and proactive, with a problem-solving mindset.Familiarity with project management tools and marketing analytics platforms.Ability to interpret campaign data and translate it into actionable recommendations.A team player who thrives in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
