Key Responsibilities
- Create BIM Models from 2D drawing provided by Clients.
- Develop Revit Models Further from LOD 200 up to LOD 400
- Preparing and managing shop drawings, schedules, and quantities derived from BIM models.
- Ensure adherence to BIM workflows and Company Standards.
- Collaborate with Structural, MEP engineers, and other consultants to align and integrate models.
QualificationsEssential:Bachelor’s degree in Structural Engineering.2-5 Years of Experience.Experience in Shop Drawings Generated from Revit Models.Awareness of BIM Workflows and Good knowledge working with BIM Execution Plans.Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks and Autocad software.Very good command of the English language, both written and spoken.Preferred:Familiarity with Dynamo, Python, or other scripting tools for BIM automation.Knowledge of international BIM standards like ISO 19650 and BS1192.
