Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Payroll and Personnel Specialist  to join our HR team The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full payroll cycle and ensuring compliance with Egyptian labor laws and social insurance regulations. This role requires deep knowledge of payroll systems, tax and insurance deductions, and employee benefits administration

 

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Process monthly payroll accurately and on time, including salaries, bonuses, deductions, and benefits
  • Maintain and update employee records in the payroll system
  • Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to payroll, income tax, and social insurance
  • Prepare and submit monthly and annual social insurance reports and forms
  • Manage employee registration, updates, and terminations with the Social Insurance Authority
  • Coordinate with finance and audit teams for payroll-related matters
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding salaries, deductions, and insurance matters.
  • Ensure confidentiality and security of payroll information at all times.
  • Stay up to date with changes in Egyptian labor laws, tax regulations, and social insurance policies.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.Minimum of 6 years of proven experience in payroll and social insurance administration in Egypt.Hands-on experience with payroll software and Microsoft Excel.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Strong communication and problem-solving skills.Ability to handle sensitive information with integrity and confidentiality.
