Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Job Summary:

The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is responsible for managing the financial actions of the company. As a key member of the executive leadership team, the CFO provides strategic direction and leadership in financial planning, risk management, capital structuring, and financial reporting to support the company’s growth and operational objectives. The CFO also ensures compliance with local and international financial regulations, oversees budgeting and forecasting, and serves as a trusted advisor to the CEO and board.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Financial Leadership

  • Develop and execute financial strategies to support corporate goals.
  • Participate in the development of long-term strategic business plans.
  • Provide financial insights and analysis to support decision-making across departments.

Financial Management

  • Oversee all financial functions including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, treasury, tax, audit, and compliance.
  • Ensure accurate and timely reporting of financial results, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Optimize the company’s capital structure and working capital management.

 


Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (required).Master’s degree in Finance or MBA (preferred).Professional certification such as CPA, CMA, or CFA (highly preferred).Minimum 10–15 years of progressive experience in financial leadership roles.Proven experience as a CFO or similar executive role, ideally in ………………………Solid understanding of corporate finance, capital markets, financial modeling, and risk management.Experience with ERP systems and financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).
