Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and greet guests in a courteous and professional manner
- Accurately take orders and relay them to the kitchen or bar
- Serve food and beverages in line with service standards
- Ensure guest satisfaction by responding promptly to their needs
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables and dining area
- Comply with health, safety and hygiene standards of the guest house
The applicant must be femaleProven experience working in major hotels or high-end hospitality venues (mandatory).Well-groomed appearance and professional etiquette.Fluency in both Arabic and English (spoken and written).Strong communication skills and ability to deal with diverse nationalities.Team player with punctuality and commitment to service standards.
