Position: Business Developer – Client Support & Coordination

Location: Cairo / Remote hybrid
Type: Full-time with commission incentive
Summary:
We are looking for a proactive Business Developer who will support client acquisition efforts through cold calling, lead nurturing, and client coordination. The role includes handling client communications, preparing reports and minutes of meetings, assisting in accounting basics, and managing executive schedules. The ideal candidate is smart, presentable, and comfortable working with Excel, PowerPoint, AI tools, and client-facing interactions.

Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation & Client OutreachConduct cold calls to potential clients and introduce services.Support in building and maintaining the sales pipeline.Assist in preparing proposals and presentations for clients.Record all client interactions and follow-ups in Excel/CRM.Client Relationship SupportSchedule and coordinate meetings with clients and internal teams.Be presentable and professional in meetings, representing the company.Maintain regular communication with prospects and existing clients.Reporting & DocumentationPrepare client reports, presentations, and professional documents.Draft and distribute Minutes of Meetings (M.O.M.).Track progress on leads, meetings, and outcomes.Executive & Operational SupportAssist Chairman in scheduling, follow-ups, and meeting preparations.Support basic accounting tasks (expense tracking, invoices).Use AI tools to summarize, draft, and format documents. QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Administration.1–3 years’ experience in sales support, client relations, or business development.Strong communication (Arabic & English).Professional presentation & confidence in meetings.Excel, PowerPoint, and Word proficiency.Familiarity with AI tools.Basic accounting knowledge is a plus.
