- Provide comprehensive executive administrative support to senior management and key departments.
- Manage schedules, organize meetings, and handle correspondence and communication between internal teams and external partners.
- Oversee and follow up on investment and development projects to ensure timely execution and reporting.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with government bodies, donors, investors, and partner organizations.
- Prepare detailed reports, official documents, and presentations accurately and professionally.
- Organize internal and external meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes.
- Handle confidential records and sensitive information with high responsibility.
- Support strategic planning by providing administrative and project coordination assistance.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar executive support role (preferably in NGOs or charity foundations).Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).Strong organizational and multitasking skills.Excellent verbal and written communication in both Arabic and English.Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks under pressure.Familiarity with project coordination or donor reporting is a plus.High level of professionalism, discretion, and trustworthiness.
