Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise site execution for structural (concrete/steel) and finishing works.
- Ensure all construction activities are carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and timelines.
- Review and interpret technical drawings, and prepare quantity take-offs for all disciplines.
- Coordinate effectively with contractors, consultants, and internal teams to ensure smooth workflow.
- Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Prepare and maintain project schedules using MS Project or equivalent tools (preferred).
- Handle surveying works and verify levels and alignment on-site.
- Report on daily/weekly progress and any deviations from the plan.
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.3-5 years of proven experience as a Site Engineer in architectural or civil projects.Strong understanding of construction processes, site management, and project coordination.Proficiency in interpreting architectural and civil engineering drawings and specifications.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize under tight deadlines.Familiarity with health, safety, and environmental regulations on construction sites.Experience with project management software and MS Office Suite.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Ability to work full-time, on-site, and adapt to evolving project needs.
