Geeks Store is seeking an experienced and visionary Senior Business Developer to lead the company’s strategic growth initiatives across new categories, markets, and partnerships.
In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing business performance, identifying untapped opportunities, crafting expansion strategies, and building long-term partnerships that contribute to the company’s revenue, profitability, and brand leadership in the premium tech and electronics market.
You will work closely with leadership to translate business data into actionable strategies, and your work will directly impact the next chapter of Geeks Store's growth.
???? Key Responsibilities- Conduct in-depth analysis of company KPIs, revenue streams, and customer behaviors to identify growth levers.
- Discover new product categories, international/local markets, or niche verticals for expansion.
- Initiate and lead partnerships with universities, malls, suppliers, or complementary tech brands to unlock strategic opportunities.
- Study market trends and competitor strategies to ensure Geeks Store stays ahead of the curve.
- Build business cases for new categories, technologies, or B2B opportunities.
- Design and implement growth strategies aimed at increasing customer base, sales, ROI, and company profitability.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, purchasing, and operations to align on execution plans.
- Provide detailed performance reports and strategic recommendations to the CEO.
- Lead the negotiation of strategic deals and partnerships.
- Constantly test, evaluate, and refine new business ideas using a data-driven approach.
4 to 7+ years of experience in Business Development, Strategy, or Growth roles. Strong background in electronics, tech products, or consumer electronics industries. Demonstrated success in identifying and launching new markets, partnerships, or verticals. Proven track record in increasing ROI, profitability, or scaling operations. Experience working with established companies and showcasing real success stories or use cases. Advanced analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and BI tools. Solid understanding of market dynamics, business modeling, and product-market fit. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or any relevant field. MBA is a plus. Strong negotiation, presentation, and strategic thinking skills. Fluent in English and Arabic.
