Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of HR experience (preferably with startups or in E-Commerce).
Strong business sense and genuine enthusiasm to see results on the ground.
Great people skills, with the ability to balance team needs and business priorities.
Solid knowledge of labor laws and HR tools (Excel/Google Sheets or HR software).
Based in Maadi, as sometimes quick availability will be needed.
