- Oversee and optimize daily chemical production processes to ensure maximum efficiency and product quality.
- Monitor and maintain compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards throughout the production cycle.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to equipment, processes, and raw materials.
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce operational costs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including quality assurance, maintenance, and R&D to achieve production targets.
- Prepare and analyze production reports, identifying trends and recommending corrective actions.
- Supervise and train production staff on best practices, safety protocols, and equipment operation.
- Assist in the scale-up of new products from pilot to full-scale manufacturing.
- Participate in audits, inspections, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping for all production activities.
Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, Chemical Engineering or a related field.2-5 years of experience in chemical production or process engineering.Strong understanding of chemical manufacturing processes and equipment.Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical production issues.Familiarity with safety and environmental regulations in chemical plants.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Effective communication and teamwork abilities.Experience with process optimization and continuous improvement methodologies.Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
