- Manage outbound travel packages from A to Z, including flights, hotel bookings, visas, tours, and full trip execution.
- Design and deliver both fixed and tailor-made travel programs to meet diverse client needs.
- Handle negotiations and maintain strong relationships with international suppliers and service providers.
- Ensure smooth coordination of all travel logistics while maintaining service quality and client satisfaction.
- Utilize GDS and ticketing systems effectively for reservations and bookings
- Design and sell outbound travel programs, with a focus on honeymoon packages and destinations in Europe and Asia.
- Manage reservations and bookings across flights, hotels, and tours.
- Communicate with clients via phone, email, and WhatsApp to close sales and ensure a smooth booking process.
- Handle hotel contracts and manage relationships with international suppliers.
- Create and update both tailor-made and fixed travel programs, including pricing and special offers.
- Resolve unexpected issues and provide suitable alternative solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in outbound operations or as a Travel Consultant.Strong knowledge of at least one GDS system (Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre) and common visa procedures.Excellent command of English, with strong negotiation and sales-closing skills.Ability to achieve sales and profitability targets.
