We're seeking a talented Automation Specialist to join our growing team and drive client success through technical implementation and process automation. Schedule: Sunday - Thursday, 12:00 PM - 9:00 PM (Office-based)
Location: Nasr Street, Maadi, Cairo
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Implementation & Support
- Guide new clients through our system onboarding and setup
- Join client Zoom calls to provide technical support and guidance
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to client inquiries
- Configure client connections and system integrations
- Ensure smooth implementation processes and client satisfaction
- Marketing Automation & Design
- Design and develop landing pages for client campaigns
- Set up and launch automated email marketing campaigns
- Optimize marketing workflows and automation sequences
- Collaborate on creative assets and campaign strategies
- Technical Operations
- Debug system issues and implement fixes
- Monitor and improve automation workflows
- Document processes and create client-facing guides
- Maintain system performance and reliability
