- Supervise day-to-day warehouse operations including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods
- Ensure inventory accuracy through regular stock counts and audits
- Implement and monitor warehouse safety and hygiene procedures
- Lead, train, and evaluate warehouse staff
- Optimize layout and workflow for improved efficiency
- Oversee loading/unloading, labeling, and packaging processes
- Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
- Maintain proper documentation and reporting of warehouse activities
- Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and sales teams
- Use warehouse management systems (WMS) for tracking and planning
- Monitor equipment maintenance and ensure operational readiness
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field5 to 8 years of experience in the sanitaryware or manufacturing industryExcellent knowledge of warehouse procedures and best practicesExperience with WMS and inventory softwareStrong organizational and problem-solving skills
